Maria Olguin is a geologist involved in the development and application of geochemical methods for the exploration and characterization of geothermal reservoirs. Her research focuses on the characterization of water-rock interaction through geothermal fluid geochemistry, reactive transport modelling, solute geothermometry, and software development. Her role in the project is specifically focused on the geochemical and volcanological aspects of fieldwork and in geothermal reservoir modelling.
